Modern Ink Beauty Studio requires a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to book an appointment, with the remainder of the payment due upon completion of your service. We accept cash, credit, venmo, cashapp, and zelle. Prices are subject to changes and further charges may be applicable for corrective work (i.e. correction of another technician's work). However, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.

Permanent make up is a time intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you.

Within 72 hours of your appointment a late cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the service.

Within 24 hours of your appointment, or simply not showing up will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.

Modern Ink Beauty can make no guarantee as to how long your individual results will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although permanent makeup is effective and can last up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made about the length of time your cosmetic tattoo will last. Since everyone’s skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare. Most clients will need a 12-18 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person. Permanent make up is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your cosmetic tattoo to heal properly (and look the very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

If you deliberately violate any of our terms and conditions, including our aftercare suggestions, we will be excluded from liability and we have the right to cancel any treatment in the future.

Though it is extremely rare, Modern Ink Beauty reserves the right to refuse services for any reason at our discretion.

If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo and you wish for us to enhance and/or change your existing tattoo, please email us a few close-up photos so we can determine if we can help. Please note that touch up fee's are reserved for existing Modern Ink Beauty clients only. Working over another artist's cosmetic tattoo will be considered a new client appointment, and will be charged accordingly.

Each new treatment is two sessions; one being the initial service and the other session is a perfecting appointment. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare will be charged accordingly.

Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our area, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.
